Global BHBD recognizes members of International Center Karachi University

The International Center for Biological and Chemical Sciences (ICCBS), located at the University of Karachi, has been granted membership of the Global Open Biodiversity and Health Big Data Alliance (BHBD), an honor for Pakistan. According to an ICCBS spokesman, the Global Biological Diversity and Health Data Alliance was established in Beijing on October 14, 2018. Its first meeting was attended by representatives from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Russia, Singapore and the United States. BHBD aims to promote global research and cooperation in the field of health and biological diversity, so that all countries of the world can equally benefit and benefit from it. A large database of genomes and DNA has also been set up in China. BHBD has decided to give its membership to the ICCBS head, Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Chaudhry, on the scientific services of the unusual. Professor Iqbal Chaudhry has done valuable service in the field of Natural Product Chemistry, in which about 2120 scientific publications have been published internationally. His 68 books and 40 chapters have been published in the United States and Europe. There are also 1141 research publications and 51 patents in the International Scientific Journal. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Chaudhry is the editor of a number of foreign books and journals on chemistry, while his scientific work has been cited 23,000 times. Under his supervision, 87 students have completed PhD and 36 M.Phil.
